Exchanges are not accepted. Return requests must be made within seven (7)days of receiving the last item in the order to receive a full refund. Orders returned without meeting the previous criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a possible decline to return at all. Allow 5 – 7 business days from the day we receive the item to process the return and issue a refund your original form of payment.
