This item is returnable (unless item is a bodysuit, jewelry, intimate/lingerie, or swimwear as these are final sale items) with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Exchanges are not accepted. Return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the last item in the order to receive a full refund. Orders returned without meeting the previous criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a possible decline to return at all. Allow 5 – 7 business days from the day we receive the item to process the return and issue a refund your original form of payment. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless there was a shipping error or the item arrived damaged.
